bottiglia 37.5 cl, schiuma inesistente, color ambrato carico torbido, al naso intenso marsala alcool poi malto vaniglia intense note di legno, in bocca marsala cognac datteri barrique, corpo strutturato, il grado alcolico è ben bilanciato ma ti castica, watery, carbonazione piatta, amaro accentuato, secca nel finale. Stranissima, particolare bella complessa. E’ un bel esperimento ma non chiamatela Quad. c. 1001birre.it 03.01.24

Bottle. Golden copper color. Aroma of dates, white grape, figs, raisin, malt, caramel and apple. Taste has cloying sticky malt, raisin, white grape, figs, dates, caramelised malt, some booze, sweet apple and some caramely bitters. Nice grapey strong ale.

Bottle picked up from a Wine Shop on the southern edge of Lake Garda and consumed at Camping Schwarzsee, Nr Kitzbühel, Friday 4th October 2019. What is this, it's a messy mess, pours hazy amber, no carbonation at all, sweet cloying, it's dreadful, drainpour. I really like Toccamalto but not sure what went wrong here.

Bottled 330ml. -from Roybeer Milano. Dark golden (almost amber) coloured, minimal off-white head, yeast dried fruits and alcohol in the nose. The taste is basicly the same with mild touch of peach and spices. Slightly boozy finish but ok brew.
