Bottle at tasting. Murky dark brown pour. Aroma of pumpkin spice, mild tart, red fruit, vanilla and malt. Taste has soft tart, smooth vanilla, bourbon booze, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and red fruit. Very probably infected, but this infection worked out quite nice.

Bottle. Pours deep clear ruby magenta, small tan head, bubbly, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is light tart, fruity, roasted malts, some bourbon, oak tannins. Flavor has some sweetness but is certainly light tart, very oaky, roasty, not much pumpkin present. Medium body, somewhat acidic.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. The nose is slightly off, but vanilla and booze, along with moderate chocolate are present. Color is black with a brown head. Taste is baker’s chocolate with moderate pumpkin spice - a lower amount of spice than expected.
