Double barrel-aged imperial stout
For years, Black Tuesday has needed little, if any, introduction. But Black Tuesday Reserve is a different matter entirely. Brewed in early 2016, Black Tuesday Reserve was aged in bourbon barrels for a year and then re-racked into a second collection of fresh bourbon barrels, where it rested for another year. The double barrel-aging process of the 21% ABV beer has made it even more decadent while intensifying its characteristics, with flavors of dark chocolate fudge, sweet vanilla beans, bourbon-laced macaroons, sticky caramel, brown sugar, and German chocolate cake frosting.

2018 Bottle shared at DACBE New Year's share. Pours a pitch black with a small brown head that dissipates. Big booze forward nose with dark chocolate, cacao nib and oak on display. Very boozy on the palate with lots of chocolate and alcohol notes. Not really much going on besides booze and chocolate.
