Our favourite Voss yeast strain has been cranking esters through ramped fermentation and cast-out temps.
On top of that it’s been loaded with classic Cascade and Hallertau Blanc & Melon hotside for full on pine, floral and sweet-fruit topnotes, before being blasted with Idaho-7 in the dry hop for that tropical kick.
Goes well with getting lost and sweet fresh air.

Can from Voldby. Hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, peach and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 030421

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Shared with Finn. Huge, rocky white head that laced well. Hazy yellow-gold body. Promising pineapple on the nose, scent of orange as well. Mixed canned fruity flavours, a twist of citrus and pineapple joined by well integrated kveik yeast. Mid dry fruity finish, discreet bitterness to it. Mediuem bodied. Likable.. (Tromsø 16.03.2021).

0,44l can from Tuju brewery shop. Canned 03/06/20, bbe 03/06/21. Murky light yellow beer with huge cloudy head. Aroma and flavor has flowers, pine, caramel and exotic fruits, maybe some vanilla too. Medium body, average carbonation. Smooth, juicy.

Can at home from Craft metrolpololis. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice fruit citrus, orange, apricot, light weed, jammy citrus, opal fruits, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy orange, citrus, opal fruit, little spicy citrus, wheat, white grape, lychee. loose wheat, . Palate is semi sweet, rounde ,moderate carbonation, Juicy.
