6oz. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: peppery, malty, a bit smoky, dry. Taste: along the same lines with noticeable hoppy bitterness. A bit harsh. Surprised by the thick body for 3.5% beers. Overall: good for what it is.

Clear yellow gold with a nice white head. Light lemon and touch of funk. Bitter and a touch of lemon funk. Long bitter finish.

Just a slight haze, I like that herbal hop note, and I like the bready pale malt that goes with that. Nice fruitiness, herbaceous hops, a bit of biscuity malt. Off-dry finish. Ok, I quite like this one. Doing the table saison thing right, for real. It’s no Petit Prince, but still an impressive take.

Good light yellow body with okay foam, slight fermented grain aroma but too faint. Tastes of mellow sour grain, soft pepper notes, warm hops. Nice carbonation, pretty good for the low alcohol, subtle and easy.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Lots of grain with mild saison yeast. I suppose this is their offering for our non-craft friends that may join us. It’s a bit boring, but it’s still made quite well for what it is.

On tap at Studio, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, with notes of straw, gentle saison yeast, and cereal notes. Flavour is dry and grainy, with bone dry grainy notes, straw, and some rustic saison yeast. It's timid of course but quite well-made. Dry and drinkable. Good stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Blond colour, just hazy. Mildly spicy, vert light smoke, dry, weak but that was expected, unfortunately it's a bit grainy, line some NA beer, it has enough bitterness. I feel that something can be tuned up here.
