Taking a very similar malt base to the massively well received and reviewed Blue Pool NEIPA, we changed up the hop schedule to include one of our favourite hops in Sabro, matched up with Citra and Mosaic. Expect sweet soft fruit flavours, with a smooth body and some subtle coconut flavours with this one.

The “Herring Pond” is a natural deep water rock pool in Portstewart that has been used for swimming and diving for many many years. You can catch hardy locals going for a dip in the North Atlantic nearly everyday of the year at this popular spot.

Spotty beige head on a vivid golden coloured hazy body. Oat, cereal & zesty citrus aroma. Medium bodied, soft over tongue with a tickle on the back. Orange, cereal, lemon & pineapple tastes with a zesty white wine finish. Great beer.

Can from KWM. Appearance - cloudy orange with a fluffy, slightly off-white head. Nose - orange and dessicated coconut. Taste - orange, dried apricot, almonds and light coconut again. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy texture. Light bitterness and slightly tangy finish. Overall - very nice NEIPA.
