Frisse fruitige tonen domineren het aroma van onze Witte Anker Saison. Het is een heerlijk dorstlessend bier met een flinke stevige schuimkraag. Door onze saison te brouwen via het reinheitsgebot krijgt dit bier een complexe fruitige hoppigheid in de neus en droge mild bittere afdronk. Om het bier nog extra power in de smaak mee te geven hebben gebrouwen met een groot gedeelte Speltmout en gedryhopt met Nelson Sauvin (Nieuw Zeeland), deze dry hopping zorgt voor een mooie frisse geur. Onze saison is ongefilterd en van hoge gisting met een alcohol percentage van 6,5% Vol.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is malty with spicy yeast, soft floral notes, more spicy impressions including some clove. Touch of ripe sugary fruits. Flavour is fairly sweet rather than dry as promised... Light bitterness, body is medium. Not what I want from a Saison.

A golden and slightly hazy beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma is nice, fruitness and also with tropical notes, banana, some spicyness. Taste has complex fruitness, light spicyness. Medium bodied. Pretty good, nice fruitness.

Hazy yellow appearance with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have spicy yeast, clove and sweetness of malt and a little banana. Has a dry aftertaste but overall a bit too much sweetness in this one.

Fles geprobeerd bij het Brouwpodium in Den Bosch. Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een frisse bloemige geur. De smaak is moutig, fris en hoppig.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierloods22', best before October 2020. Almost clear, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, honey and some peach. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of honey, banana, clove, grains and some peach, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, fairly yeasty-spicy, gently dry finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay, somewhere between a Belgian Blond, a Hefeweizen and a Saison.

Licht troebel goudkleurig bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en kruidig met iets van citrus, nootmuskaat en koriander. Heeft tevens een heel licht zure smaak die er goed bij past.
