Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Dark golden colour with light haze and thin head. Aroma has wood and vanilla . The Brett comes through in the flavour with light funk and plenty of dryness. Obvious vanilla is the taste but the dryness keeps it in balance. Very interesting.
