0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before June 2022. Hazy, very dark amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly fruity-floral and a little yeasty-spicy aroma of vanilla, honey, grains and some oak with a touch of dried apricot. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite malty, slightly fruity-floral and a yeasty-spicy taste of grains, vanilla, some honey and hints of dried apricot, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little woody-dry and minimally yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant beer but way too flat for a Tripel, also rather malty. Okay as a beer itself but a fail as a Tripel.

Dark blond and hazy with lasting head. Aroma is nice with some floral notes. Flavour starts out quite dry and has some vanilla. Finish is sweet.
