Amber brown colour with thin head. Really intense with caramel sweetness. Reminds me of West Coast red ales. Primarily malty but with a floral hop bitterness.

330ml bottle [thanks Bernd!]. Cloudy, reddish-brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Grassy, slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally toasty, mellow malty background, a touch of cherry, red berries, nougat. Taste is slightly dry, minimally fruity and grassy hoppy, minimally toasty malty, hints of nuts and nougat, red berries. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice malty basis, rather restricted hop flavours - quite OK.
