pitch black color. White head. Coconut, roasted malt and cocoa powder in the nose. Low carbonation, full bodied, smooth, low bitterness, medium roastiness, a touch warming, rounded, but don’t get massive complexity.

Happy Birthday to their head brewer and Happy belated Anniversary to TDM!!! TDM 1874 4th Anniversary Imperial Coconut Stout 9.5% Inky black with a thick beige head and umami savory dark malt aroma with roasty notes. Fairly full bodied with a round carbonation with a bit of a scratchy bite. The taste matches the aroma and the coconut is very subtle but definitely there. A rich quaffable big beer which is a bit dangerous so watch out!

Easy going for strength. Nice chocolate and light roastiness. Little bit of sweetness. Get the coconut and the toastiness. Dangerously drinkable.

Can from the brewery. Roasty malts, dark chocolate, coffee, savory soy notes, toasted coconut, vanilla, berries. Nice. Pitch black wth a thick tan head. Sweet, chocolate, light licorice, cafe au lait, molasses, coconut. Sweet, a bit thick, but not crazily so. Finish is prickly, slightly bitter, roasty.
