330ml bottle. Cloudy, pink-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of banana, some clove and strawberry, bready overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity, minimally bready, hints of banana, clove, a touch of strawberry. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Rather monotonous, boring - so-so.

20-03-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. Good modern wheat bock. Some strawberry indeed in the nose. But also heavy on the banana. Banana sweet taste. A little dry finish. Good.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sweet banana, ripe banana, yeast. Taste of intense sweet banana, ripe banana, yeast.

Intensiv hefig-bananiger Beginn. Süffig, die starke Bananigkeit wirkt übertrieben. Würzig, das Bananenaroma dominiert. Mittellanger Abgang. Eintönig. 9/8/7/8/9/8

Sensory Session #5: Murky, amber color and a nice off-white head. Fruity-ester, bananas,yeasty. Taste follows the nose. Cantaloupe-melon. Decent bitterness. Well hidden alcohol.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 07-2030) im 2021-03 getrunken. Dieses gold-orange, trübe Weizenbock strotzt voller Bananenaromen in Nase und Gaumen. Von Erdbeere habe ich nichts gefunden. Eher eine feine, reife Melonenaroma. Der Alkohol ist sehr gut eingebunden. Wenn es wärmer wird kommt eine leichte aber sehr passende Bitterkeit dazu.
