Possiede un carattere fruttato con sentori di agrumi e frutta tropicale. Abbinabile con insalate di mare, insalata di arance, fritti di mare, molluschi, crostacei, arancini, panelle, salumi e formaggi freschi o semi-stagionati. Ottima anche per secondi piatti non molto strutturati a base di carni bianche o pesce.

Bottle at Ri Di Bastoni, Taormini, Sicily, 2nd June 19. Pours a clear honey colour beer, aroma is floral, citrus. Taste is clean, floral hops, perfume, citrus. Really nice APA.

Hmmm... Not a real pale ale... Not a golden ale... Bit of both. Too carbonated but ok. Nice for a local beer.

Bottle 0.75l from Riposto, Sicily. A bit cloudy, light gold colored. AROMA- fruity, citrusy, apples, flowers, floral hop tones. FLAVOR- slightly sour, dry, smooth, citrusy, pale malt, passion fruit and peaches, spicy finish. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle@Sicily, Italy. Vibrant yellowy coloured beer with a nice head. The aroma is fruity and citric. The flavour is spritzy and white wine like with a citrus'ness. The mouth feel is like sparking water. Overall a nice refreshing blonde beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
