A quaffable New England style IPA, dry hopped with loads of american hops, but still smooth and easy drinking. A clear, refreshingly citrussy hop profile, and at 5.5% it is perfect for a day in the sun.

6 April 2019. At De Kelk, Bruges. Shared with the lovely Anke! A beer 'named' after one of the most popular quotes in book & tv series Game of Thrones, uttered by one of the Faceless Men. Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of peach, yellow nectarine, papaya, yoghurt, mandarin, lemon, (spring) onion, some cheese. Taste is medium fruity sweet, lots of peach, pineapple & mandarin, supported by a subtle yoghurty & doughy malty base; building up a medium hoppy bitterness in the middle with pine, mandarin & peel mango, some dank onion & sourish lemon. Dryish, floral, bit piney hoppy finish, lingering onion, yellow fruit & dough. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Gets more dank when warming up but in essence a fresh, quenching NEIPA. Valar morghulis!
