Clear copper orange beer, big aery irregular white to off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, floral, oranges, orange peel, elderflower, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pleasant acidity, very floral, some orange peel, a bit oxidized, a bit woody, zesty, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: floral, oranges, a bit fruity, nice acidity, some tannins.

Erg droog, vrij scherp zuurtje nog, vrij veel vlierbloesem, maar proeft alsof er nog veel groene stengels bij zitten naast de bloemen. Needs some tuning

Now this is fun. Sour beer with sour fruit and light flower things. Nicely sour, nothing too much, with the fruit coming through nicely and pairing well with the beer. The flowers give lovely extra aroma. Light funk, oak, balance!
