Pale Ale malt provides the base, Vienna and Munich added for colour and flavour, with Acidulated malt and Dextrose. Chinook, Columbus and Nelson Sauvin hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Centennial. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.

Aardige IPA. Wel een heel klein beetje zo'n herfstbladeren achtig aroma en een tikkeltje Dreft. Maar voor de rest niks te klagen.

Can from Fresh Field Market Croydon and drunk on a campsite with Nelson. Hazy amber colour. some pink grapefruit some pine and resin some bitterness. Hides abv well. Decent iteration of a west coast ipa. fine.
