Bottle at home, from Sterk, Amsterdam, 5th December 2021, well it is almost Chrysippus. Pours a clear orange, aroma is herbal, grain and citrus, taste is herbal, citrus, pith and refreshing, it’s odd, and that we we like it

Bottled Feb. 4 (7 weeks ago). Pours a light hazy golden colour and a small white head with short retention. Aroma's: sweetish, sweet fruit. Retronasal it's sweetish, fruity, fruit candy, nothing much actually. Flavour is moderate sweet, worty almost. Light medium bodied. Finishes with light bitterness. At least it doesn't have that mossy aroma that BT beers usually have, but I fail to see what this has to do with (D)IPA.

Dorée trouble, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme qu bouquet bine houblonné sur des notes agrumes avec un léger fleuri en rétro-nasal; Retrouve un malt froment pâle plaisant, et un léger côté feuille de thé vert fermentée.
Palais présente, comme sur bcp de versions, une approche plutôt UK au niveau des grains - le tout est assez sec, avec un houblonné vers les agrumes, fleuri.
