440ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of molasses, liquorice, chocolate. Taste of sweet malts, molasses, liquorice, tangy fruits, chocolate and a little roast, warming finish.

Can at home as Utopian. Black colour with a pale tan head. Aroma and taste are coffee roasted malty sweet to slight bitter. Smooth body.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A dark black brown coloured pour with a halo of mid tan head. Aroma semi sweet, meaty earthy roast, tangy toasted apple, blackedned sugars, molases. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy roast, ash, mealy apple, tangy dried fruits, nutty, . Can at home, from an online peddler, 06/10/22. Black with a big old tan covering that stays for the show. Nose is roast malts, chocolate, raisins, dried fruit rinds, toffee. Taste comprises mellow roast, chocolate biscuit, ashen tones, liquorice, spice, charr, dried fruit rinds, burnt toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Can thanks to Paul. Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Tan to fawn head. A few big chunks of yeast are obvious. Nose - burnt toffee, bonfire and some dark chocolate. Taste - chewy caramel, toffee and burnt wood. Some brown sugar lurking. Palate - medium bodied, creamy, rich middle, rich finish with light roast/burnt finish. Bottle at Craig's. Pours black, nose is chocolate, raisin, blackcurrant, dates, taste is similar, quite sweet, a little thin.

Bottle, gusher. Black color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, liquorice, fresh yeast. Taste is chocolate, liquorice, a bit soy sauce, light petrol. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Just ok.
