Bottle milky yellow. Lactic notes dominate the aroma, overtones of citrus, bitter lemon, hay, berry notes in the flavour. Fewer rye edges than I expected. Mellow sparkly mouthfeel, medium body. Fresh.

Pale Golden color with a minimal and quickly diminishing white head. Aroma has notes of yeast, vinegar and citrus. Flavor has a good sourness with long duration, citrus and lime notes. Lot of vinegar taste in the final with fruity notes.

Smak: Frisk syrligs smak med en sur ettersmak som sitter.

Bouteille 330ml. Couleur jaune opaque, mousse blanche laissant une dentelle baveuse. Arôme lactique, blé, ?uf au vinaigre léger. Goût de citron, malt, vinaigré, acidité moyenne-élevée. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
