ABV: 3.7%. Cloudy dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted - dark malt, berries - dark fruit, band-aid notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt - sweet malt, dark fruit, sour malt - berries, note of vomit - soured milk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211128]

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Dark browns, small head. Somewhat tart nose with nutmeg and coffee. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Caramel and nutmeg. Low bitterness.

Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde. Pours hazy black with a quickly dissipating, beige head. Aroma of chocolate powder & sauce, mocha, raw vanilla, toffee, prune, peanut, hazelnut, cream. Taste has sweet chocolate, cream & nuts, some mocha, bitter earth & coffee with a slight earthy umami hint. Herbal hoppy finish, bit earthy, toasty, lingering sweet chocolate but not overpowering. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nicely done at this ABV.
