How: Draught, 2015 vintage. Where: MBCC 2019. Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma: Apples, sour, some yeast. Body: Medium body and carbonation. Flavour: Sour, apples.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is green apples. Taste is green apples, mealy, leathery, quite dry and sour. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

ABV: 6.5%. Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, red apples, apple peel, barrel, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apples, red apples, apple peel, barrel, light funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190511]
