Can. A lightly smoked pale ale, notes of sweet ham. Generic fruityness, gentle maltyness and some bitterness. Quite balanced and gentle this one, making it quite easy drinkable. 646413 251221

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a nice reddish gold, clear, with a good head of white foam, medium grain. Aroma is smoked, cream. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with a fair dose of smoked feeling. Finish is moderately long with smoked.

Bottle, best before October 2018, lot 71, from King Grizzly, drunk 2/22/18.
Perfect appearance. Clear copper-amber with fine carbonation and a creamy, well-retained, full, white head.
Smells great! Spicy smoke with fruity red raspberry/strawberry and apricot-marmalade notes keeping it bright and interesting. Caramel malt mixes in gently and there's no heavy/campy smoke or alcohol/flaw.
Soft and gently sweet in the mouth with good smoke and moderate acidity. No overt orange peel yet a spicy finish. Tight carbonation and good attenuation despite the rich honey and bright yet light red fruitiness. Very lovely, delicate smoke throughout that is not overdone at any point. No alcohol or flaw.

Al naso arriva un bel profumo di affumicato. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. l cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è fine. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile e presenta nuove sfaccettature. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pericolosa beverinità e assolutamente da bere. Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l’aroma riporta sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e affumicato.
