375ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet candy peach rings and a tart sour kick. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart peach stone fruit mix.

Bottle thanks to Jose. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is peach flesh, lemon zest, yeast, oak. Thin body, tart peach, lemon, oak, light funk, very nice.

Tasting at Matt's, batch 2, bottled July 2018
Hazy yellow colour. The peach is present, but hidden behinnd massive acidity, thatmakes you wonder which kind of market the brewer is brewing for; aggressive, inelegant.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright, fruity peaches upfront, wild yeast, and a bit of oak. Flavour is enamel-stripping in acidity, with lots of sharp peaches, some paint thinner, and a little oak. Ridiculously acidic. How is this highly sought after? Amateur nonsense, so common for many American sour brewers.

750ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: very nice stone fruits character - peaches, apricots. Taste: very acidic, no fruits left, just pure acidity. Overall: acid bomb.

Cloudy light yellow with a decent white head. Sour peach notes. Soured peach notes and a light finish. Peach is there, but a bit too sour.

Pale and bright. This has a big, bright peach aroma, with a barrelly accent. Tart on the palate, fairly bright. Lots of peach, and this does deliver a fair bit of sweetness. Still quite tart, nearly into bracing category.
