Bottle 0.33l from our archive. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- red berries, dark fruit, jams. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter and tart, fruits and jams again, caramel, light spicy tones. Fuller to full bodied. Tasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark amber with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing off-white head. Lightly nutty nose. Rich, filling body, nuts and burned caramel, brown sugar with a dry, late bitterness. Feels very much like a Doppelbock! But excellent and skillfully made. 240717

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Prague. Aroma is VERY sweet with heavy maltiness. Also berries and bread. Flavour has berries, woody tones, minerals and sweet malt. Finishes with lingering hops and malt. Too much wood and minerals here and drinkability is not that great.

Bottle @ Home. Trade by Rotin, thanks! Pours dark amber with an huge fading offwhite head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast, rather bretty, light spicy, wood, dried fruit. Flavor is light sweet, rather bitter, malty, caramel, light brett, wood, dried fruit, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish with warming alcohol. Pretty sure the brett here isnt intentional, but it works really well. 290417
