Draft. Perfect palate cleanser. Some juicy peach with a mild lingering tartness that last while after the sip. Mild pucker in the glands. Delightfully tart.

Pours hazy golden with no head. Aroma has notes of malt, plums, mirabella, citrus, grapefruit, funk and tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long plum, funky and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

50cl bottle pours a clear orange, white head. Nose has unripened stone fruit, white wine vinegar. Flavor has the vinegar and white fruit, crab apple, some balancing sweetness at the end. Tart finish, high acid.

Taster from Magnum bottle at Spuyten Duyvil during Zwanze. Light Yellow clear color, small white head. Smells peach, spices, bit milky, earthy, baby formula, nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, earthy, spices, herbal, peppery, bit lactic. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, grassy and sour notes. Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, yoghurt, some intense rustic funk. Taste is peach, very juicy, but also almost puckering. Fluffy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
