Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 30A/15B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 14/2017 (BBF 12/2018). AROMA: medium chilli-like aroma, followed by a low roasted malt note (chocolate). APPEARANCE: dark brown color and opaque. medium-low light brown head with low retention. TASTE: medium-high chilli flavor, followed by low roasted malt background (chocolate). medium to medium-low bitterness with an almost dry, hot and slightly roasted finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body. medium-low carbonation. heat sensation from chilli. OVERALL: a stout with chilli added a bit unbalanced. requires finetuning.

Caňa en el V Artbeerfest Caminha 16..07..2017. (r02). Color negro intenso con poca espuma beige. Sabores maltosos tostados y suaves ahumados con agradable picante final algo seco. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso fácil de beber. Buena.
