Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.

Body: Medium body and carbonation.

MBCC. Unclear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, pineapple, lemon and citrus fruits. Flavour is malt, fruit, lemon, citric, sour, medium sweet and a little dry.

[5/11/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Red session. Cloudy yellow. Lots of peach, nectarine, funk, oak, sour, juicy. Great and refreshing.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Sour Cellars Damfino ].Hazy - murky medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, peach, tangerine - nectarine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, peach, fruity yeast, wheat, tangerine - nectarine, funk, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap. Murky pale yellowish color with no head. Aroma is nectarine and peach, a touch aggressive sourness, yoghurt. Taste is nectarines, peach, some aggressive sourness, yoghurt. Almost watery mouthfeel with fizzy-ish carbonation. Not great.

Sample @ MBCC 2019, red session. Nice head with good duration. Color ishazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich sour lactose acid, fruits, malt and hops. Nice sourfinish.
