The culmination of a year’s R&D, we can finally bring you Faith, free of alcohol. Pushing traditional brewing techniques to extremes allowed us to build up a surprisingly robust base, with oats for that silky mouthfeel associated with NE styles and maltodextrin to further bulk out the body, while a touch of caramel malt brings some colour and sweetness. We hopped with Citra Cryo and El Dorado, which bring notes of lemongrass, citrus zest and a light peppery finish over bready malt flavours.

Can at home picked up from Mozza's/ A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is light straw, lemon, pollen, stale white bread, grass. Flavour is composed of super light grains, white bread, flour, chalky , dried lemongrass, straw, pollen notes. Palate is light, super crisp, chalky, thin, highish carbonation. Drinks ok.

Can from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - like a muddy puddle with no head. Nose - lemon, bready and a bit topsoil. Taste - bread and orange, a bit dirty. Palate - light bodied, dry finish. Overall - not the greatest alcohol free beer.

Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, citrus, hops.
Body: Light body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, wheat, hops, citrus.

[2/17/23] Draught at Dynamo in Brussels. Murky pale yellow. Graininess, oniony hops, a bit sweetish, paper, harsh bitterness.

Appelsinfarget. Uklar. Skumring. Klementinaroma. Smaken troipisk frukt. 0 malt. Nesten ikke bitterhet. Helt grei som alkoholfritt øl. Spesielt om en er begeistret for NEIPA.

Can from Systembolaget. Very dank hazy aroma. Yuzu colour. Thin but very bittingly bitter. Bit extrmee int eh bitterness but perhaps thats better than the usual sweetness.
