The culmination of a year’s R&D, we can finally bring you Faith, free of alcohol. Pushing traditional brewing techniques to extremes allowed us to build up a surprisingly robust base, with oats for that silky mouthfeel associated with NE styles and maltodextrin to further bulk out the body, while a touch of caramel malt brings some colour and sweetness. We hopped with Citra Cryo and El Dorado, which bring notes of lemongrass, citrus zest and a light peppery finish over bready malt flavours.

[33cl can from the Co-op, Crowthorne.] A cloudy amber pour with a fast fading, foamy white head; tropical fruit aroma; rather thin with a sharp fruity taste; then some lemon and lime to finish. I would happily drink this all night as a designated driver.

Can shared at home, hazy light golden beer. Small head. Aroma is citrus, wort, light malt, some fruit. Taste is the same, bitter, wort, dry, citrus. For non alcohol quite good.

Pale yellow hazy pour with a small white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is similar with some malt/bread and pepper/spices. Decent bitter finish - taste lacked a bit of oomph, but ok for an AF.

Can from Morrisons, Inverurie. It pours murky yellow with a quickly dissipating bubbly head. The aroma is earthy, yeasty, floury bread, touch of farmyard slurry, twist of lemon, green, herbal and lemongrass. The taste is firmly dry, pleasing and lingering bitterness, green, weedy, floury bread, yeast cake, farmyard vibes, peppery spice, pithy, zesty, lemony, grapefruit, pomelo and some stone fruits with a drying finish. Light body and average carbonation. Delivers plenty of flavour for a nolo offering.

Large sample from a 33cl can on 18th November 2023, during the Latvian Day Tasting in Crewe. Opaque milky yellow, snow white head. Fizzy and citrusy in nature, it's fine if you are driving or have a health issue with beer!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, some earthy and mild bready tones. Flavour is fruity, bready, some mild salty and herbal tones. Watery and quite thin. Not the best micro low alco, but on the decent side of things
