To play only hits could be pretty boring after some time, so for this Double Dry Hopped sour IPA we went a bit into new meets old school hops and brewing ways. This beer is charged with some awesome fruity, dank and spicy hops. Sweet fruit and spice market meets dankness sort of play. With rounded aromas and flavours of pineapple, lime, lemon, peach, grapefruit, lemon grass, turmeric, gooseberry, grass, floral and wood resin notes it will carry your taste buds into sort of known unknown. Did we mentioned we used one wicked yeast for it? Sure we did.

Can at BBT dec/2021. Thin body, med-low carbonation, could use more bubbles. Medium sourness, clean, medium bitterness, background sweetness. Moderate grapes, grassy, lemony hops character. Easy drinking, tasty. Pretty good, though not as intense as I expected.

Can at BBT December 2021. Pale golden with white head. Aroma of citrus hops, light sourness. Taste, light sourness, oranges, zest, pines. Good.

Can at BBT 12/2021. Hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, light sour and bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter and sour finish. Ok.

0.5 l can from Že v redu, Primož, Ljubljana. Shared with little Dina and prof. Bekić. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, fruity, tart fruit, mango, orange, ripe fruit, lactic sourness. Funky, even goaty, soft sourness, no bitterness, quite bland. Sour fruit flavour. Light finish.

Wenig hopfiger, moderat säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, leicht fruchtig, weich. Angenehm aromatisch, trockener Hintergrund, mittellanger Abgang. Gelungen. 10/8/9/8/9/9

50cl can. A clear yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of green hops, pale malt, tart fruits. Taste of dry grassy hops, grapes, pale malt, mild bitterness.

Can from Steengaard, Beder. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, light tart and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish. 100521

Little cloudy blond to orange beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: mango, tangerines, some tropical fruits. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, some lime, grapefruit, passion fruits, mango. Aftertaste: lots of dank hops, bitter, bit resinous, grapefruit, piny touch, hoppy, mango, more grapefruit.
