Draught at Haymaker, 6/11/17.
Quite hazy, brass-bronze-golden, typical NE IPA colored beer with a medium-sized, fairly thick, white head.
Juicy pineapple, mango and red grapefruit give a very lush, aromatic nose, with honey and mild biscuit balancing easily, from the malt side. Clean, though there is a touch of light onion-accent, which usually comes with the territory. Not yeasty or even all that estery and ends with a bit of pine that helps balance out the maltiness. No alcohol noted.
Rich, malty, soft and dry in the mouth with tight carbonation and tons of mango, lush green, dank, spicy hop notes with light lemon, grapefruit and pine slowly entering the finish, adding light bitterness but no real resin. Nicely balanced, incredibly soft and flavorful with no alcohol or flaw. Great balance here without a lot of the booze/resin/ester that many of the NE DIPAs have.

Sample at Modern Times Festival of Funk 2017. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of earthy citrus. Taste is bitter and lightly tart pineapple.

Tap at Fools Gold. Hazy orange color, small white head. Light citrus and pineapple in the nose. Medium-bodied. Riped pineapple, citrus and also some alcohol in the flavour. Ok fruity but a bit too sticky dipa.

[2/8/17] Draught at LIC Beer Project in New York City. Hazy golden. Aroma of "green" and fruity hops. Flavor is a bit sweetish, with lots of bitter hops, a bit oniony.

Draught @ Milk and Hops Chelsea. Hazy orange with small foamy off-white head, very faint orange aroma, low carbonation, sweetish taste with orange flavor, little bitterness, somewhat thick body, medium bitter finish with some sticky sweetness. Decent DIPA, nothing spectacular.
