0.75 l bottle from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle', best before February 2021. Almost clear, nearly black with a medium large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity and a little earthy-herbal aroma of caramel, blackberry, some chocolate and a touch of orange. Gently sweet, malty, slightly roasty, moderately fruity-herbal and a little earthy taste of caramel, chocolate, some ash, a touch of blackberry and hints of melon, followed by medium long, gently bitter, slightly roasty, earthy, a little herbal-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty variant of the regular 'Adam', pleasantly hopped with the malts still being at the forefront. Good!

Lahev s patentním uzavěrem: Deep, deep ruby-amber coloured, presumably hazy, medium-sized loose - but stable - off-white head, leaving some lacework on the glass, moderate to nearly solid dryish bitter-sweet nose of dark malt, dried fruits and traces of licorice (?), herbal-rural - indeed - hops in the background; dryish bitter-sweet flavour with a light acidity, medium bodied, both smooth and a bit tart; lingering bitter-sweet (and mildly sourish) finish of dark dry malt and dried fruits, followed by some herbal hops. Business as usual at DBB: the stronger the better..
