11-04-21 // RB-Tasting. Taster. Pale golden. Both worlds present. Not perfectly balanced though. Cider freshness overweighs. Fizzy, higher carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from 'Hopfenrausch', best before October 2020. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples, some gooseberry and hints of grains. Slightly sweet, minimally sourish, gently fruity taste of ripe apples, some grains and hints of wood, followed by a short, moderately bitter, just a little tart, hardly woody finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant sip, not very deep but quite quaffable and refreshing.
