Flaska från Glasbanken. Tjusigt något mörkare röd, klar. Fantastiskt ren och klar röd bärighet, syltig och fyllig. Kanske svårt att helt ringa in hallonen - mer utav en generisk röd bärighet. Men ingenting att klaga på. Uppe och nosar på Schramms-kvalitéer här, särskilt i renheten. Mycket gott. Stor sötma och snygg honungstonen. Den karamelliserade honungen lyser igenom.

Bottle @ MBCC '19 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As The Attic Meadery Anthelios ].Clear medium amber red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, flowery honey, fruity - ala apple, berries - raspberry, honey - bourbon - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, fruity - sweet apple, red berries - dark berry - raspberry, sweet honey - bourbon - vanilla. Body is medium, texture is syrupy - creamy and light sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. Very nice balanced. Bottle. Rather clear amber-red color with no head. Aroma is thick honey. Taste is oxidized honey, forestfloor, raspberry, well-balanced. Viscous mouthfeel, flat. Top-notch stuff!

Bottle @MBCC2019, Blue Session. Clear dark amber, no head. Aroma has honey, red apples, berries, light mint. Sweet flavour, dark berries, honey, mint. Thank you for sharing _angst_!
