Bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a pitch black with a finger of brown head that dissipates. Botanicals on the nose with rich, chocolate fudge brownie, orange zest and warming alcohol. Gin is very present on the nose after opening, but not overly boozy. As it warms more of the fudge and cacao nib notes really come out. Orange zest hangs around throughout. Lots of botanical flavors on the palate. Finishes with warming alcohol and notes of baklava, orange zest and cacao. Just fantastic. Definitely recommend for fans of GI Cafe de Olla and Kentucky Fog.
