Blend of dark Trappist ale and traditional milk stout, that spent two years on a cognac barrel. Some of the sugar from the milk stout is unfermentable leaving body and mouthfeel to this otherwise dry and crisp beer. A beer that is surprisingly refreshing for its color and alcohol level.

From backlog. Draught @ Sour Spring Break. Quite unique. Dry, creamy and slightly oaky with some chocolate, sour berries and syrup. Not sure if this was an accident or not.
