Bottle. Deep purple. Blueberry, honey, alcohol, heather, grapes, blackberries, raisins, lavender. Over medium sweet, light sour. Full bodied.

Appearance: Dark red colour with no head.
Aroma: Honey, berries, oak, acidic, tart.
Body: Medium body, flat carbonation.

MBCC. Clear deep red/ruby with no head. Aroma is honey, berries, rich, wood and a little perfume. Flavour is honey, sweet, rich, berries, little perfume, complex, wood and warming.

Sample at MBCC2019, Copenhagen. Colour is deep dark ruby with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, red berreis, sweetness, some blue berries honey... great mead.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2019) The mead poured black currant juice coloured and clear. Aroma had honey, black currant and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied. Flavours were black currant, sweetness, honey and lightly tartness. Aftertaste was sweet and lightly tart.
