With delicate notes of citrus and a crisp mouthfeel, this crushable gose is incredibly refreshing. Salted and soured naturally with house-made preserved lemons. (v)

On tap at The Bakery, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh lemons upfront, with a little salt, some coriander, and lacto. Flavour is very lemony, with loads of fresh lemon, intense salt, a touch of coriander, and light lacto. The lemons are white puckering and the salt is extremely dominant. I think they actually need to dial back the salt here. Solid overall.

Poured from the tap. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Lemon, salt, it does have a hint of cleaning supply vibe, but not distractingly so.

Hazy and pale. No head. Tart, maybe a touch saline in the finish. It’s lemony, but I wouldn’t say preserved lemon specifically. So a nice, light, tart lemon gose.

Weak light yellow body with no foam. Smells of lemon zest and soft gose, cleaning products in da house. Flavour is salted gose melded with lemon that straddles that thin line between Mr. Clean and citrusy gose. Too close to really recommend it.
