DARK MILD - 4.5%
Dark. Malty. Fruity. Coveted. This cask mild features African Queen hops. This is a proper pint!

Medium brown. Looks maybe a bit murky in there. Tough to tell. Thin head. On cask, not much nose. Kind of a coffee/hazelnut sort of malt character. Big body for style, but it’s strong for style, too, which probably explains it. A bit of burnt taste and a bit of tartness (actually it’s the right amount for a cask milk in my experience).

Dark brown body and okay foam. Soft light biscuit on the nose, quite mediocre. Flavour is soft biscuit, brown sugar. Smoith with lingering caramel. Mild indeed, a little muddled.
