Our third forager sour is modern dark combination. This time we also used lactose but conditioned it on blackcuurants and marionberries. Devine!

Deep purple and red with a rich red head. Red berry and cherry notes. Cherry and light red notes and sourness.

Has nice big deep purple body and big pink foam. Smell is mellow juicy blackcurrant, berry maybe but hard to tell. Flavour is nice sweet berry, light yet juicy. Dry finish with lingering tannins. Nice berry character, pronounced yet light.
