This sour wheat ale was created using a custom mixed culture that resulted in a delightfully tart and complex brew, enhanced by additions of grapefruit peel and coriander, then topped off with a few hundred pounds of decadent blackberries.

Poured from the tap. Murky pink with small off white head. Blackberry and a ton of muddled kettle sour lacto. Messy.

Muddy dark pink body with little foam. Smells of chewy sweet berry, I thought it was raspberry without reading the description. Nice bitter fruity citrus flavour, good carbonation, lingering tartness. An okay sour, local area standard.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a dirty opaque filthy pink with a small white head. Aroma is very muddy and earthy, with a bit of blackberry pith and some spices—very confused. Flavour is very tart, with intensely sour berries, some grapefruit peel, and a lot of muddy yeast. Pretty incompetent—all over the place, dirty, and lacking precision. Poor.
