Cask Days 2018. Poured a reddish/purple, with a small pink head. Aroma is soft berries, strawberries in particular, with some tart juice, and light lactic notes. The barrel adds some light vinous notes, hints of vinegar, tart turn to sour at the end with a round, almost sweet tang of raspberry in the end.

Poured a kind of ruby red color with a small white head. Aroma was raspberry, cherry. Flavor was tart cherries, malt, jam. Light acid, some mild funk. Pleasant stuff.

Beautiful, hazy pink and peach coloured body with a thinnish off-white glow and a nice richness in the look. Aroma of soured and funky fruits (of course) with a lot of dryness and oaky qualities along with a little dose of sweetness, in the nose, at least. Medium-bodied; Rich fruity and dry malt notes show at first with a big sweetness, all from the fruits, right behind with some herbal and grassy notes at the end, but the tropically and dry, citrusey sweetness make this robust and very enjoyable throughout with a good deal of sugars here, but an overwhelming sour and tart fruity bit that is very refreshing and crisp. Overall, a super enjoyable beer with a good balance between sour, tart, sweet, dry and funky flavours that holds the palate for a long time and is great to have in general, let alone on tap! I sampled this eight ounce pour on draught at Blind Tiger in New York, New York for US$11,00 on 10-May-2023 after seeing Enter Shikari here in the Bowery Ballroom.

Nice stuff. Great cherry fruity aroma. Good tartness and nice rounded finish. Can’t get the saison element though.

Raspberry and a touch of cherry, fresh lime. Pours pink hazy. Tart finish, nicely done. Great tang and fruity vibe. Nice stuff. Tap at Delerium Leesburg.

Pours hazy pinkish with a pinkish finish. Aroma has notes of malt, raspberry, citrus, tart and funk. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long raspberry, citrus, tart and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Pre Thermostat Incident share. Pours hazy deep red with a small pink head. Aromas of cherries, raspberries, light strawberry, oaky, light funky. Taste has lots of cherries, raspberries, strawberry jam, lightly plasticy, light oaky sweetness, lactic acidity, highly fruity acidic too.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, berries ala cherry - raspberry - strawberry, medicine, citric, brett - funk.
