Brewed in collaboration with our friends at R&B Brewing Co we cooked up this Virtual Collaboration in early December 2020. While we couldn't have the traditional in person collaboration, we penned the recipe together and were very excited to work together, albeit without sharing social bubbles.
This wheat beer has a moderately smoky aroma owing entirely to the predominately base malt of Oat Smoked Wheat malt used in the brew. Complemented with german noble hops, and malts with bready, toasty, light dried fruit this beer is very approachable with a balanced profile between bitterness and sweetness, and smokiness.

On tap at R & B, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light smoke, some earthy notes and a floral undertone. Flavour is earthy and floral, with gentle campfire smoke upfront, along with a gentle floral and biscuity malt backbone. Pleasant smokiness but nothing too special.

Loght gold body and little foam, strong earthy smoked leather aroma and soft wheat dough. Flavour is more smoked leather, soft lemon notes, though all a little thin. Nice to have this good smoked vibe to it but everything else is lacking.
