[5/10/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Yellow session. Deep red-brown. Grapes, vinegar, malt, oak, sour, lemony, medium-bodied. Very good.

15-06-19 // tap as Valley Flora (2017) by Cascade Brewing at Muted Horn Brownish red. Nose of leather cherry stone. Tart acidic red fruity sour. Pinot noir grapes. Oak woody. Lovely.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear rusty brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, wood, tart fruit, grapes, vinegar. Flavor is light sour, malt, wood, tart fruit, little wood, red grapes, red wine, light vinegar. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 100519

Tap. Hazy brown color with off-white head. Aroma is cherry grapes, tobacco, leather, dark chocolate. Taste is nice pinot noir fruitiness, some tannins, lots of leather and tobacco. Mineraly mouthfeel with a bit of a bite. Great stuff!

Tap @MBCC2019, Yellow Session. Clear red amber, offwhite head. Funky berry roma , light solvent. Juicy flavour, juicy berries. Then some dry woody bitterness. Ok.

Ok tasty and refreshing ale. Amber ish pour with a fine head. Ok lacing. Looks nice and inviting. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Vinous, cherry and oak in the flavor. [On tap at Haand Festival -19]

Sample @ MBCC yellow session. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sour fruits, malt, hops and lactose acid. Nice sour finish.
