Clear deep red brown beer, small aery irregular head, dissipates quickly. Aroma: lots of vinegar, some of it balsamic, bit roasted, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: dry, acidic, quite some vinegar, fruity, some red currants, acidic. Aftertaste: very acidic, vinegar notes, sourish, meh.

Dark brownish red colour. Not much head. Big phenol nose is not appetizing, light tartness, some subtle vinous notes from the pinot, touch of barrel.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color bordeaux intenso, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note da flemish, vinose con leggero acetico, ciliegie e frutta rossa. In bocca è acida, vinosa, dritta, leggermente acetica, un po' spigolosa. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Interessante.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Cascade Valley Flora ].Hazy - murky medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, caramel, grapes, sweet malt, fruit - berry, oak - barrel, red grapes, medicine notes (by the looks I am the only one getting this ! but it really ruins this beer for me .. sorry ). Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, fruit - berry, grapes - red grapes, sweet malt, oak - barrel, light vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20190510] 6-3-7-3-12

Haandfest 2019. Dark brown color with beige head. Flavor is sourness, caramel, candis sugar, yeast, fruit, toffee, plum, cherry, wood, vinegar. Complex very nice beer.

Poured from the tap. Brownish red with off white head. Mild sour with lots of Pinot and oak. Decent blend.

Sampled @ Panema, Helsinki. Poured dark mahogny color. Red berries, red wine notes, funk in aroma. Vinegary, tart flavors, black currants. Long finish.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2019-06 getrunken. Dieses dunkelviolette Ale kommt mit vollen Körper und schönen Aromen von Kirschen, Zwetschgen und einer deutlichen Eichennote durch die Fassreifung daher. Wiedermal ein sehr gelungenes Sour Ale aus dem Hause Cascade.
