A perfect summer reprieve, this delightfully beer, made tart with probiotic bacteria, is accented with a blast of zesty notes from yuzu and citrusy, peppery, savory accents from sanshō.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is yuzu, indeed some peppers. Taste is great yuzu, nicely dry, but super fruity, a touch pepper in the back. Lovely beer with character! Extra points for locality.
