Pours clear amber color with off white head. Toasted malt aroma with caramel and orange. Bready, malty, and fruity flavor. Not very good. Medium body with average carbonation.

Bottle from the spring mix-pack. Nice coloration, a bright amber, slightly brownish. Small beige head. Mild scents of wheat and malt, just the slightest hint of orange/citrus. A little more of the orange in the taste, along with wheat and malt. Pretty much just how it’s described on the label. Mild overall. It’s decent, but doesn’t hold my attention for long.

12oz bottle from a Topps store in Hamburg, NY. An attractive reddish amber pour with a fast fading cream head; rich, sweet, caramel body with a dry malty finish. Not bad as an Amber Ale, but I was expecting more of the orange, which is only present as a gentle aftertaste. Perfectly rinkable, but could be much better with some more oranges.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a clear amber colored body yielding a decent sized two finger white foamy head that quickly recedes leaving some nice speckled foamy lacing surrounding the sides of the pint glass. Some fast rising carbonation is seen.
The smell had an orange, lemon, caramel and coriander coming through a slightly bland sort of way.
The taste was kinda bland again through light roasty bitterness.
On the palate, it sat about a light to medium, sessionable, carbonation slightly felt, aftertaste and finish has a bland dry nuttiness.
Overall, I’m not really into this beer, and its just an average beer for its style. There’s too many other good American Reds that I’d probably have over this. However, it looks great in my pint glass.
