Pils is our dry-hopped, unfiltered lager created with 100% German malt and Tettnang and Saphir hops in the kettle and fermenter. Spicy noble hop character over sweet Pilsner malt. Pepper, lemon ice, black tea. This is the first iteration in pursuit of the fizzy yellow beer of my dreams.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear light golden with a white head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, grain, grassy hops. Flavor is light bitter, malt, grainy, grassy hops. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 100519

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is nice earthy hops, a touch Gletschereis, herbal, sugar icing. Taste is old world hops, a bit of a leafy bite, earthy. Fizzy-ish carbonation. Quite nice Pils!

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with two fingers of white foam that lingers. Biscuit malt aromas with light cereal, straw and hay notes. Bready malt on the palate, granola, honey and hay. Pour is a crystal clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is a dry crackery pils malt with a little lemon zest. Flavor is more bready pils malts with some citrus zest finish does have a little soapyness. Decent pils but not a 1st tier beer of the style. A little thin around the edges. I liked the aroma more then i liked the flavor.
