Pils is our dry-hopped, unfiltered lager created with 100% German malt and Tettnang and Saphir hops in the kettle and fermenter. Spicy noble hop character over sweet Pilsner malt. Pepper, lemon ice, black tea. This is the first iteration in pursuit of the fizzy yellow beer of my dreams.

On tap at First Draft - Minneapolis, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp crackery malt and punchy grassy hops. Nicely constructed, with a grassy bite on the finish. Good stuff.
