Collaboration brew with Jester King, USA. Tart pale ale made with fresh hay and juniper branches in the mash. Fermented with a mix of Jester Kings mixed culture and our own Garden party culture and matured on champagne barrels.
Golden straw color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is dominated by apricot, fresh dough, red apples and notes of hay and freshly picked spruce tips. Soft mouthfeel with lively carbonation, leading to flavors of apple, mandarin, ripe peach, honey, freshly cut timber, and bread crust. Finishes slightly tart with fruity sweetness and pithy bitterness.

75cl. Bottle @ SirAlex and Bickle night, Oluf Bagers Gade. Pours hazy dark golden amber with a small white head. Juniper berries and age. Cellar and dusty note slightly overpowering. Almost pairing well with wood and funk but not quite. Earthy and tart finish.

High class Wednesday at #RatebeerOdense. Cloudy golden with a big white head. Funky aroma with fruit, wood, spice, herbs and a touch of juniper. Dry and tart fruity flavour with obvious juniper.. It's getting a bit of age, and is tasting slightly dusty - saved it for the right occasion.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brett, grapes, wood, spices, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, brett, grapes, spices, malt, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

On tap @Eurhop2019 in Rome. Bright and a bit unfiltered golden bright color with orangey highlights and a medium white foam. Nose: juniper, fruit (peach), green pepper, honey. Terrific. Mouth: mouthfeel is close to perfection. Much hay, super balanced, lemon, fruitiness. It is a crazy fantastic beer

On tap @EurHop 2019 (Rome). Dorata mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso bella speziatura, leggero balsamico, pepato, stalla, fieno, cantina, uva, lieviti. In bocca è equilibratissima, attacco leggermente dolce, quindi emerge un fruttato acido, leggermente citrico, un filo tart con riminiscenze vinose. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Straordinaria.
